Boston Dynamics just released a new video of the Big Dog on ice and snow, and also demoing its walking gait.
GEORGE
Wow… Those legs, the noise, the main body… anyone else finds this bigdog reiminiscent of the Gekkos from MGS4?
It will kill us all
That’s a little terrifying.. I could picture that thing beating up small children.
And that noise!
If they are actually two guys… it looks like they got their feet lopped off
shit man, it can run?!?!
does anybody else think it kind of looks like 2 guys holding something heavy on their heads?
maybe that’s exactly what it is !!
Hilarious.
They are sure not sneaking up on anybody with all that racket.
nope i’m pretty sure i simultaneously spat out my drink and pissed myself laughing…, haha
i have to say that things i creepy how it walks and that noise its just plain creepy
That my friend is what is going to killl us in 50 yrs
I for one Welcome our robotic Overlords
the next one better be robot horse or a tarantula armed with a multipurpose gun.
I can see why the military would want this, the software on it must be amazing and can you imagine how effective it would be for getting supplies to places other wise unacessable? or in a different way, controlled remotely, one of theses things could have more firepower than a whole squad or fireteam, without dead friendlies.
Sounds like a retarded electronic horse.
Wow. The software they have used must have been a real challenge to make.
wow amazeing, I hope you guys go far and not stop!!! DONT STOP!!
this **** is fucking hilarious, reminds me of two retards frying!
I will forever be haunted by the thought of dozens of these patroling my neighborhood with automatic rifles
Am I the only one who can’t stop laughing when it slips on the ice?
is this ajoke? or does this thing really exist? cuz I would **** myself if I was it
I’ve seen people walk like that after a few drinks!
omfgg that thing looks like its real…awesome tech of course but sorta freaks me out…especially the sound..
im freaked out its scares the crap out of me
i have never in my life seen a robot move with such animalistic grace
