A moving tale from Suzie Templeton about a young boy who, grieving for his dead mother, seeks reassurance from his father.
BOBBY
wow, saw peter and the wolf, had to see susies other stuff, its the kind of film that stays with you for ever,,, so much brillance in such short time.
As soon as the boy said “like mum?” My stomach went empty and my eyes were wide!
Awesome film! Loved it! Favoriting!
Magnificent…
I first saw this a couple months ago and made my roommate watch it. After wards we discussed it and both agreed that the mother shot herself; the stain on the wall is a blood stain. That’s why when the boy was in his bed he was saying “Mom” and touching the stain…I assume his father was too depressed to even leave the house after such an event.
in 1980 a boy called “jimmy tooth” was riding across the road on his bike. A car hit him. he got up and got knocked down again. 7 times. the 7th time he lay dead. his last words were ” the whole world….7 chances”
now you have read this the essence of Jimmy is with you. He is now giving you 7 chances, well, seven videos…
copy and paste this onto 7 videos or you will have 30 mins a chance,7 chances. 3.5 hours of pain.
then you will die on the floor with your eyes open.
Well I thought the stain on the wall was just black mold. And didn’t he kill the dog because he was suffering? Maybe he could’ve helped the dog IF he left the house, but that’s just something that he can’t do for some reason, so he’d just rather let him die, and probably did the same with his wife.
well, the fact that he doesn’t leave his house shows a lot of abnormality in his behavior. Perhaps the child does know what occurred, but loves his father, so doesn’t want to believe it, or think it was wrong, at least. Either way, it’s very interesting.
there is also the fact the father is afraid to go outside, so much brilliance in 5 mins
QUESTION: Did the man kill his wife? I think he did. The boy’s question at the end implies HE’S thinking in that direction, but there’s nothing in the man’s disposition showing the slightest bit of evil. However, there’s that unexplained stain on the boy’s wall which he clutches with association to his mother. I think that’s blood and he also witnessed his Mom’s murder without revealing it to his father. I feel bad judging the man like that, because I WANT to believe he’s good. Any thoughts?
this was fuckiiiing insane. great animation and great plot.

Moving, dark animation. 5/5. Absoloutly amazing, I lve Suzies work
well im guessing that the dad killed the wife? this is a great film…
03:48 so strong & powerful moment
hmm that’s a different interpretation than i got. I like it as well though. My thoughts were that it was a big misunderstanding of the child and that the mother died naturally. It makes sense your way too. Definately an amazing animation and worth endless thoughts.
I think it’s more about lies we tell our children to shield them from the grim realities of life. Or death. I thought the spots on the wall were just mould/damp, but that they were simply familiar to the boy. Things that lived on and grew.
Just when you think the internet has turned to **** something like this gets uploaded to youtube and totally turns the world on its head. Is it any wonder that TV audiences are dwindling when things like this have no proper outlet? Great film-making and a great alternative to Hollyoaks (now THAT’S what i call depressing!)
Never mind, QXBear. I watched it again and see it now.
benshki, that’s what I was thinking, too. It looks like an old blood splatter, positioned about where a person’s head would be. QXBear, how do you know the father suffers from agorahphobia? Did I miss something?
