yes he will want to jump the fence to be with a female.

dont let him. if you knowingly allow your dog to get someone elses dog pregnant withut their permission they can sue you.

in addition, *** for dogs isnt pleasureable. in fact, it can be painful and dangerous.

getting your dog neutered is the best thing you can do for him… it will also solve several health problems.
